Unfortunately due to abuse, we are now going to have to adhere the best we can to our requirements for proper notice, payment due at time of order, applied rush fees, cancellation fees, etc. We try to fit in orders whenever we can because we don’t want to leave anyone without cake, but we bake to order and use quality, sometimes hard to find, ingredients. Last-minute cancellations on next-to-last-minute orders set us back. Our products are high-quality and not cheap for us to create or you to purchase, everything is handmade from scratch and we will never use a box mix, not even a doctored mix as many bakers do. We may not be everyone’s baker, and not everyone is our customer. Please know your budget, and we will do our best to know our audience.
